I don't know how long Lush has been around, but i have only recently joined this wonderful trend. At first i was like, eh... who cares about soap and body stuff, it's all about the face that's all that is seen ahahahah. But i am so sooooo wrong. It is AMAZING!

Products that i have tried:

Rockstar Soap
This is a product is ranted and raved about all the time! To be honest, i hated it first but bought it for the sake of it. Now i love it!
Smells like: Candy, Soapy Candy, Red Skins, Sweet Washing Powder
What i love: How the smell is really distinctive and fills the whole shower
What i hate: The smell doesn't last on the skin

Therapy Massage Bar:
This product is really confusing at first, but once you figure out how to use this, this is stuff is amazing! You warm it up with your body heat from your hands to melt the oil from the bar, then you can use the oils to rub on your body as a lotion or you can rub it straight on your body, as a moisturiser.
Smells like: Lavender Oil, Hint of Orange, Relaxing Candle Things
What i love: Really moisturizing and lasts, makes you feel really relaxed
What i dislike: Can be difficult to use, can be hard to spread evenly

Strawberry Santa Shower Jelly:
This is only available during Xmas times and it is super cute and fun, its a little floppy santa, that you hold onto or break a chunk off of and use it just like you would soap.
Smells like: Strawberry Jelly ahah, simple as that
What i love: Its so much fun, and lathers really nicely and you only need a little tiny bit
What i dislike: Slippery and sometimes flies around

Christmas Party Bath Bomb:
Bath bombs fizz up in the water and have different fun things that make bath time a lot more fun.
This has plastic confetti stars that fill the bath up and make you feel like there's a party in your bath.
Smells like: Orange Pez, Pez, Pez, Fizzy!
What i love: The stars are so pretty, the smell may be my favourite
What i dislike: Makes the bath really slippery and hard to sit in, leaves the bath murky orange

Candy Cane Bubble Bar:
You can crumble this under the running tap to create bubbles in your bath. This creates a lot of bubbles and a nice pink smooth bath.
Smells like: Sweet lollies, similar to rockstar more sweet less soapy.
What i love: Nice bubbles, cute colour bath
What i dislike: Need quite a lot of product to create bubbles

Samples I have used:

Yummy Yummy Yummy Shower Gel:
A liquid gel you can use in the shower as a bodywash, also as a shampoo if you are in a rush.
Smells like: Sweet strawberries and cream, with a hint of freshness
What i love: The milky texture, very moisturizing and lasting smell
What i dislike: Can run out really fast

Sultana of Soap:
An amazing soap with chunks of dried cranberries and other berries
Smells like: A fruity explosion that is so so addictive
What i love: Moisturising and milky lather, smell is so strong it is amazing (that i bought the full size)
What i dislike: I wish the smell lasted on the skin

Godmother Soap:
Another sweet smelling soap, which only hints of purple glitter in it.
Smells like: discustingly (not necessarily bad) sweet, like so sweet like snow fairy
What i love: Really cute looking soap, when in the shower the smell is more washed out
What i dislike: a little too sweet, more plastic-like soap

Products i have but have not used:

Sandstone Soap:
This is a soap with grains of sand in it, that act as a mild exfoliant, how cool!
Smells like: lemons, citrus, sniffy lemon stickers

Santa's Rice Porridge Mask:
This is a mask to revive the skin, its supposed to exfoliate, tone and soften the skin
It appears to be very very thick, and hard to spread and people say its hard to wash off.
Smells like: rice, oatty, grainy with a HINT of fruit

Tips:
- They probably will tell you this but keep the masks refrigerated and remember to check the expiry date
- Cut chunks off your soap, and keep the rest in the fridge, or even take the chunks out of the shower after each use and pop them into the fridge. Next time you shower, you have a nice cold refreshing soap!
- Massage Bar should be kept in the fridge/freezer, i keep mine in the freezer cause it heats up quite fast and melts easily so keeping it there is still safe.
- Just have a big container devoted your lush products, with the wrappers in them, after use pop them into there and back in the fridge or cabinet.
- Don't be afraid to ask for samples, they are more then willing and samples really help you decide what you like and you probably will be repurchasing that item next time you go in.
- Check the websites for sales, there is a buy one get one free on xmas products at the moment
- Before you use the masks, check the ingredients you may be allergic to one of the products

I did so much shopping even before christmas because the sales were just so crazy and irresistible. At first i felt quite guilty and afraid that i had spent too much even before boxing day, but i'm glad the boxing day sales wern't that amazing, the prices were great but the options were very limited. I lined up from 3.30am in front of Myer in the CBD, for some crazy prizes but nothing. We got on TV and got interviewed, the crazy feeling of shopping at 5am is always so much fun!

Holiday Season!

The last week or two have been crazy with christmas, holiday and anniversary celebrations. That i would have to make a hundred and one posts to fit it all. So this will be a very long and crowded post, that will definitely be picture heavy!

Two Years Anniversary:
Around 2/3 weeks ago it was my boyfriend and I's, 2 year anniversary ♥
For these big celebrations, he usually resorts to Tiffany & Co items, as its become a tradition (that i of course love) but i had no idea what they would be this time.
This is the two new things that i added to my collection:
Another classic charm for my charm bracelet (now i have two, like for 2 years!) And a silver bangle.
I love these pieces because they are like the basic classic traditional pieces that feel elegant, chic and very wearable.

I also have the ring, and the necklace, both presents from the boyfriend, from other things such as 1 year anniversary and Valentines.

I love every thing about Tiffany & Co, the packaging, the elegance, the timeless beauty that it represents. Thank you baby :)

Christmas Lunch (with friends):
Just a nice bbq, where every one brings along a platter of food to share. There was so much to eat, sausages, steak, lamb chops, honey soy wings, fairy bread, pavlova and chocolate crackles. There was a lot of eating but more more talking.

Christmas Day Celebrations:
Christmas Day is always spent with the whole family, well whoever is in Melbourne.
Again lots and lots and lots of food, and catching up. I love christmas, every one is just so happy and every thing is forgotten and sooooo much giving haha.

Christmas Nails!

This is just a fun nail design, inspired by candy canes!
Its very easy and only requires two nail polishes, colours that people usually have.

This is what you need/ what i used?

Sally Hansen French Manicure in 1 White, Revlon Base Coat, Revlon Red Carpet
Optional: Top Coat

1. Apply your base coat, and allow it to dry.
2. Apply one layer of your red nail polish, possibly two layers if it is still sheer.
3. Allow a good amount of time for the red to completely dry.
4. Get your white nail polish with a thin applicator, and draw a thick diagonal line across the nail

5. Wipe off most of the product off the white nail polish applicator and draw a thin line parallel to the thick line, repeat this on the nail.
6. You can follow the same pattern on every nail or mix it up by drawing 2 or 3 thick lines as your guide.
7. If you choose to apply a top coat, allow a good 20 minutes to be 100% sure the white and red will not smudge.

So a couple of weeks back i received an email from Missy Confidentiality, a sales website that reports on all different sales across Australia, reporting about a Heat Company Make-Up Sale.
It said it had bourjois, max factor, covergirl, elite and other cosmetic companies.

Usually sales don't end up being that great and this was quite a while away but what the hell me and my friend went anyway
... AND IT WAS THE BEST DECISION EVER!

It was a massive warehouse with literally BUCKETS & cartons full of make up, every where for a nothing more than $2-$5.

Kris Kringle

We finished school like literally two-three weeks ago but again extremely late post.
I love just going out for dinners, my personal favourite meal, and love dressing up nicely.

This night was to celebrate end of exams and to do Kris Kringle ($15 budget ahah) before every one leaves to go on holidays.
I love kris kringle within friendship groups because every knows what that person kinda of likes and what type of thing suits them and it usually ends up reflecting the person quite well.
I got Airy Fairy Rimmel Lipstick and Funny Novality Undies ahaha so that kinda talks for itself.

The red lips were a last minute decision, i'm not sure if i enjoy it.
I pull it out on random occasions i guess it's just a really fun thing, i used the Max Factor Lipfinity. Its great, the colour does really stay on amazingly and the gloss does not smudge it at all, but you should put a balm on first cause it will settle into the lines of cracked lips.

(tgi's is the best place in the world, i would live there if i could)

Races- Emirates Stakes

Hiya! This is an extremely late post, im so sorry but pretend it happened this weekend not like 4 weekends ago ha.
Just some background information for those who are not aware, melbourne is lucky enough to host the Spring Racing Carnival consisting of many different days of, of course horse racing. But it also gives people a great opportunity to dress up in wonderful dresses and head pieces!
These are some photos from that extremely hot day!

We also lined up for the L'Oreal Marquee for like 4 hours it seemed, but it was only like 30 minutes. They gave advice on nails, lip or skincare and when you were done with your session you received a bag of goodies :) :) :) Which i wanted to die of excitedness for ahaha.

Foundation Routine

Hey all!
I fell like im been missing in action for a while now but its just because life has been hectic with exams, races(pictures coming soon!) and other crazy old stuff.
But im back with hopefully a couple of new posts within the week.

The weather is getting pretty hot here and that means my best friend, sweat is making a comeback BIG TIME. Therefore i need a really lasting foundation that will not sweat off, something that is not too heavy and something with a good SPF.

So this is my routine for the past few weeks for liquid foundation that has kept my make up on absolutely amazingly up to 8 hours of hot hot weather and when i get home it looks barely touched. Again this makeup is used for when i go out, go out or pretty days. I now usually only wear concealor and powder. So proud!

1. Moisturizer OR(but not and!) Primer
DO NOT use a moisturizer and a primer back to back, there is too many layers on your skin and your make up will end up just sliding off. Days where my skin is dry i will apply moisturizer 20-30 minutes before primer.Again because of the crazy heat i use L'oreal 30+ Moisturizer or Revlon Beyond Natural Primer.

2. Foundation
Because i have been to lazy to go get a darker shade for the summer, I'm sticking with my winter shade and adding some random darker foundation to it and making the perfect colour. I find this great because i can make the perfect shade and sometimes i make a lighter and darker mix and use it to just slightly contour and add more dimension to the face (ligher in the center of the face and darker on the outer perimeters). I use revlon colourstay natural makeup, its different to the usual colourstay foundation, i believe it has a slightly lighter coverage but it has a pump!! I love it

3. Powder
Its important to use a power to set any liquid foundation, it keeps the foundation for longer and gives a less oily finish. Again day when i'm lazy i use on shade but days when i feel fancy i use a lighter and darker shade to slighly contour. The combination of colourstay foundation and the powder make a extremely long lasting combination.

4.Bronzer/Blush/Highlight
After powder, i contour the hollows of the cheekbones with a MATTE bronzer to make the cheekbones really pop. Followed by a nice blush of choice and of course a highlight on top. Sometimes i like to use the excess blush on the brush to just hit some on the chin to add a bit of life to the skin. Again sometimes i may just wear bronzer, or just blush.

1. Make up case:
I have a earlier blog that mentions it, but omg since the day i organised my everyday make up into here, life has been so so much better. Its easy to carry to the bathroom, just generally around and its fits so much! Basically keep your make up organised!

2. Concealer:
I use this concealer every day for school and its so quick, great coverage, easy to blend.
I am not too sure about the lasting power, and it also has a highlight end which i will try soon :)
Because it is liquid, it is harder to get cakey.

3. Foundation:
Although this is mentioned as a favourite, there are flaws. But because i sleep like a pig, i need something quick in the morning to rush to school.
Pros:
Quick quick quick quick application! (Great for school)
Great coverage and buildable
Looks very natural, makes you look so pretty
Cons:
Horrible packaging, wastes product
Doesn't last too long
Bad colour range. 

4.Face product:
This is a bronzey, pinky highlight colour. Its so shimmery but not like glittery, and its look really pretty above the cheekbones and really adds a cute effect.

5. Brush:
This is so great for liquid foundation, its a bigger brush that the normal foundation paint like brush so faster blending, quicker application. It gives a overall even and airbrushed coverage.

6. Eye products:
LOVE the primer side of this mascara, i got this mascara actually ages ago from my boyfriend when he bought me like cleo or something ahah. But i apply this after i curl my lashes, use it to seperate and like harden? stiffen my eyelashes. And then apply the black side, i usually use a combination of mascaras but if im in a rush thats it. The liquid eyeliner is great cause it last really long and the felt tip makes it feel like your drawing with like a texta, so easy if you just lay it flat and go across the lash line.


8. Lip Product:
For school or just like shops, i don't like to wear lipstick or gloss, and this is just moisturizing and it has a slight pearly colour, that just neutralizes the ugly browny pink colour of the lips.

Mini Mini Haul

Friday night shopping is the best, after a non existent day of school and a celebration of 22 months with the boyfriend :)
I just got a few things very minimal cause money is running low, very low! we didn't even have enough for dinner, and had to get cash out so embarrassing. anyhow this is what i bought.

this dress was $35 from a random shop in melbourne central
i just wanted another black dress for casual dinners

so for the horrible picture, didn't realise i took it from a really wierd angle
anywho, this is just an off the shoulders singlet
i don't really know what it looks like on
but it was only 10 dollars from sportsgirl

i didn't know until now we could find NYX products in australia
but i found some at groove ahaha
there was hardly any colours, so i just bought two basics
& then if i like these i'll go back for more
$9.00 each

i love star though, its got like bluish flexes in it so prettyyyyyyyyyyyy.

Hello everyone! It's Jenny.......'s BOYFRIEND
lol excuse the randomness, but I was shopping with Jenny (not as intense shopping as she was though) and found two nice new skin products I thought everyone could have a look at :)

This is the Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash, which is a cleanser.
So I've only used it for a couple of days, and it seems not bad, and it did make me come out the shower with a nice feeling face, but apparently it dries out your face quite a lot, so get the moisturiser out and ready!
I don't have bad acne or anything, just random pimps occasionally, but it has seemed to help a little, so I will continue and see what happens.
This is the real gem that we found, the Bioré Triple Action Toner!
Afterwards Jenny was jealous and wanted to swap for her lame toner, but too bad, cos it's mine all mine.
It's got a very nice kind of burning tingliness, but it's a nice burn, and makes you feel fresh and like a baby's bottom (not that I feel baby's bottoms and know what they feel like...)

So that is the new things I got, so basically, recomend the Toner quite a lot. and the cleanser.. well there's probably better ones out there, but for me it's not too shaby at all :) (just remember the moisturiser afterwards!)

ps. even though I have manly man skin, i think everyone can use the two products... unless i'm just using women's products which is kind of awkward haha

The pictures didn't turn out too well, but i'll practice more and hopefully get these looks perfected and the art of taking photos of my eye.

My thoughts about these were that, i used a too orange toned base for the first look instead of a warmer brown, so i'll try that out next time.

The purple needs to be a little more precise in the colouring and the shape.

It only took under 10 minutes to both looks, it was a little rushed and just for fun.

Aspirin Mask

Aspirin is a drug usually used to help ease pain but it is made out of salicylic acid, which is so commonly used in Acne Treatment Products.

It is an exfoliate and has anti-inflammatory properties. It causes the cells on the epidermis to unstick itself, removing the dead skin cells off and allowing regrowth for new skin. Studies have shown that BHA or salicylic acid improves wrinkles, hyper pigmentation of the skin, photodamaged skin, roughness and acne.

So you will need:

A packet of Aspirin
You can get this from any pharmacy, supermarket, try and get the tablets because it is a lot easier to use. Make sure they are un-coated meaning they are just the white powdery tablet. Coles has 24 tablets for $1.25

Honey Or Aloe Vera Gel
This is optional, but honey or gel is great because it helps keep it on the face. Honey softens the skin and is a great base to use for this product. But you can just leave this item out

Water

And this is what you do...
1. Get 3-5 tablets of aspirin in the palm of your hand or on a plate
2. Splash it with a little bit of water, just a little, until they fully dissolve, use your finger to help dissolve them. Add as much water as it takes to dissolve them, start with a little and build up more. But should be no more than a teaspoon.
3. Add 1-2 drops of honey/gel and mix.
4. Dab it evenly around the face, then apply it on using circular motions, gently exfoliating at the same time. Avoid the eyes.
5. Wait 10-15 minutes until dry
6. Wash it off and feel the amazing feeling! You should fresh and your skin should glow.
7. Remember to moisturise no matter what.

Use this mask 1-2 times a week, do not use it every day your skin will get prone to it.

Once again it worked for me and many others but everyone's skin is different :)

Skin Care Products

This is to follow my previous blog because i got too lazy last night and it was getting late.
So these are products i would love to try, would recommend for other people and would stay clear of.

Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser (Around $8-9?)
There is so many good reviews on this product, it received a 3.8 on makeupalley.com ( i trust this source so much, always go here before you go out and buy a product if its gets higher than a 3.5 then consider it but have precautions)
After reading about it, its basically a gentle cleanser that will work on skin that is just normally not that bad, if you tend to have more breakouts try something with more strength.
Recommended for: Normal Skin, Slightly Oily

Plantation Thursday Tea Tree Oil Face Wash for Acne (Around $9)
Tea tree oil is a great product for the skin, it removes redness and dries up impurities. I spoke to girl at priceline about this product and she said it is good, but once again not for intense acne just a good cleanser to remove the excess sebum from the face. It is more a natural product, so once again a great way to just cleanse the skin.
Recommended for: Red, sensitive. inflamed and irritated skin.

St Ives Apricot Scrub (Invigorating or Blemish and Blackhead Control)
St Ives is supposed to make the best exfoliaters, so this i am hoping to try the blemish and blackhead control one very soon as part of my new skin care routine.It has 2% salicylic acid which is great for acne, it is said to be great for a gentle exfoliating and does not clog pores.
Recommended for: Oily skin, because it sometimes can dry out dry skin. Or if you have a skin use a stronger moisturiser.

Formula 10.06 Range
I saw this featured on VanityMakeup's page and later saw it in priceline and asked the worker if this was a good product, and she recommended the spot treatment, which was the over night success patches? I'm not sure how well they work but its only around $10, so i will probably try this out for a while and maybe return back to the nivea if it doesn't work.

Aveeno Moisturises
This was recommended by Michelle Phan, this is an oat based product, which is a great ingredient for the skin.
I think they only offer moisturises in Australia not quite sure, but these are natural products, so if you don't want to use too many chemicals on your face and want a more natural alternative this is the way to go.
Recommended for: Normal Sensitive Skin, it is apparently great for oily skin.

Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Range
This is the brand for like said, Oily and Acne Prone Skin, this range is said to be good, i usually don't like the clean and clear and Clearasil stuff because the more it claims to do, the less it actually does. But this stuff is actually supposed to work, but the one product that is just supposed to be rubbish is the deep clean wave cleanser. So don't try that product.

Hopefully this helps but every body's skin is different so it may work for someone else but not for yourself.
So keep that in mind when shopping, know what suits your skin the most.

My Facial Routine

Today, i went shopping with my friend for skin care products in priceline :)
We looked at nearly every product there and read all the little descriptions and i really felt my knowledge built greatly!
I also went home and stumbled across Michelle Phan's Video, called something like "On the Go Reviews".

Check It Out, its so helpful, some of the products aren't available in Australia but pretty much all i have seen sold in Melbourne.
After all that, this is the list i have compiled from just today, just like a general overview and review.

Starting with my skin care regime (that will be changing soon)-
Basically i have used this regime for around a year, more or less i don't remember.
My skin is normal i would say, some times oily but not a lot, but easily dry if i don't use a moisturizer but definitely not dry. With these products, i maintain reasonable good skin with occasional breakouts around.. that time of the month. I still wouldn't regard my skin as great, but when just looking at it, nothing is severe or even close to it. But it is NOT perfect.

I cleanse, tone, moisturize and weekly exfoliate using these products.

Nivea Wash Off, Mild Cleanser for Young Skin

I have used this product for the longest, it's only my second bottle though and I'm up to the last bit.
It keeps my skin regulated, it removes make-up quite well, i use it twice a day. But when i cleanse at night, i separate my usual load into two times, once to take off the make up and the other to actually cleanse my skin.
It leaves the skin feeling clean and fresh but doesn't work great for stopping pimples. I still get a few during the month.
I recommend this for those who have young skin and don't do much to their skin.

Nivea Refreshing Toner
This product is great to use after the cleanser, i use it on the cotton make up pad remover things and it picks up the left over things that the cleanser does not (sometimes left over makeup urg..)
The one thing i do not like about this product is the packaging, i bought a largish bottle around 2 months ago and its down to its last drops. The product is hard to get out evenly, it drips everywhere and wastes it. It would be so much better in a spray.

Olay Moisturising Lotion
I have used this even when i was really young, and i saw my mummy use it and i would steal some and just smear it all over my face ahah. So i have basically grown up using this product.
It is so great, it moisturises easily and never leaves my skin dry but it doesn't leave your skin feeling sticky and gross.
Instead it dry's fast and leaves you automatically knowing your skin has been hydrated. Its very basic but great

Aspirin Mask
If you have not discovered this you are missing out, it works like a wonder and leaves skin feeling amazing.
It is so increadibly cheap and is quite fun to do. A packet of aspirin from coles is $1.25 for 24 tablets.
You can use that 6-8 times, with a little bit of honey and it is a great mask and exfoliater.
I use this 1-2 times a week and it leaves the most amazing feel and look.
Reccomened so badly! If you want to know how to do just ask :)

So that is my facial routine, i am soon to change in this week for the first time in so long.
I said i would mention other products but i'm so sleepy haha so i will be back tomorrow with skin care products that are really great or that are highly reccomended.

Sunday Afternoons

Sunday Afternoons, the most laziest, boring day of the week.
I had 30 minutes to spare before meeting my friends, because knowing the lazy shits they hadnt't even left when i was already there.
With heaps of extra time i thought i would have an in-depth personal time with.. PRICELINE ha.
Like always priceline had intense sales and offers, and especially being 20 days of beauty of some thing, there was just so much to see.
Walking into priceline is like walking into a lighted heaven.

Basically i walked around looking at all the different things, eye shadows, tinted moisturizes, brushes, foundations, mascaras, concealers.
I actually found quite new interesting things, that i have never looked at closely.
Next to the Face of Australia section was a section called.. i don't actually remember
But it looked not really that good and more the lower quality products but i looked at there eyeshadows and decided to swatch some colours.
And to my surprise they were so pigmented and pretty. I will definatley go back and check that out.

After looking around and finding so many exciting things, i only had time to buy one or two items.
I bought two eye shadows from Savvy (recommended by VanityMakeup), and it came with a free brush set. And luckily i got in fast cause there was only one set left :) :) :)
The brushes seem ok, nothing amazing special, personally not dense enough for my liking but yep, ill give them a good try first.

But yep, basically i loveeee priceline.

Washing Brushes

Today was my weekly washing of my brushes!
Unfortunately i do not YET own a brush cleanser but i will soon, as soon as i can find one in the mac stores. But yes i do wash my brushes any way once a week, which isn't good because i do no spot clean.
But how i wash my brushes is this.

You will need the following ingredients:

A Baby Shampoo
Why? Because baby shampoo is less harsh on hair -
(obviously because it is used on thin baby hair awww).
I use an extra conditioning one, so therefore it will help condition the bristles even more
An added bonus of using baby shampoo is that .. IT SMELLS SO CUTE! :)

A Small Plastic Container

A Sponge

Paper Towel

and of course water.

How to do it is simple.

1. Grab the baby shampoo and squirt a 5c piece amount into the bottom of the plastic container.

2. Fill the container up to around 1/4 of the way, not too much you don't want water getting into the part of the brush where the brush and handle join.

3. Make the water nice and soapy, it should smell really nice!

4. Place your brushes into the water, letting it soak in.

5. While it soaks for a little bit, lay down you paper towel, where you place the brushes after cleaning.

6. Take a brush at a time and wet it under luke warm water.

7. Place a small amount of shampoo into your sponge and lather the brush in the shampoo.

8. Make sure the brush gets all bubbly and soapy

9. Brush back and forwards onto the sponge until the colour begins to fade.

9. Squeeze out the excess water and rinse.

10. Do this until the water stream is clear from the brush.

11. Gently squeeze out the excess and shape your brush and lay it DOWN to dry.

This is the process i used today but the next time i will be cleaning my brushes, i will add in an additional step that i learnt just after!

OLIVE OIL!

Just place a drop of this onto the a paper towel and brush your brush into it
And swivel out the colour, or most of it at least and then begin the washing process!
The olive oil breaks down the product in the brush, making it easier and quicker to get out.
And yes its oil! And we all avoid oil on our faces, but this product is used a lot in usual day cosmetics and its not the time or dirt and grease oil. It actually helps your skin and can be used as a gentle eye make up remover.

Melbourne Weather

Melbourne Weather.... Why oh why must you ruin my day?
I was supposed to go to the Royal Melbourne Show today but it just had to be freezing cold and windy with showers.
This all meant i had put to waste my gorgeous make up look for today, which i now will explain to you all.

As usual i had used my Maybelline Liquid Mineral Foundation but instead of using pressed powder today i used my prestige loose finishing powder :) :)
It was great i believe... i didn't use too much and my make is still on after like 7 hours ahah.
I also used the green prestige corrector which took away the redness of my blemish!
And i used for the first time the Maybelline Luminous Mineral Blush, which was a little too dark but i just used a little
But the most exciting was .........
using my first creme shadow! (bys)
It was soooooooooooooooo prettyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy (L)
I loved it! The colour was so pigmented and its just a beautiful pearly silver which is so easy to apply and gives such a great base for my eye shadows to stick onto.
I also used my line definer from maybelline to wing out and line my eyes and today somehow it looked so much better than the other days. I started from the centre and worked out, using the pen on a vertical way and using the side of the pen rather than the tip. Then going back using the tip and pressing in small dotting motions closest to the last line, filling in any part i had missed.

Basically i wasn't such a pretty look for a dinner at 4.30 with my parents at Victoria Street (which wasn't even that great).

Im going to wash my brushes and face now. Blog about it soon :)

Shopping

I AM SO EXCITED TO SHARE THIS ON MY BLOG!
But today i went shopping with my girlfriends at victoria gardens shopping centre, its our holiday ritual to go there and usually eat lots, watch a movie and take literally 300-600 photos on digital slrs. But since we are all running out of money, i have to go to the show tomorrow so we skipped out on the movie part.
We took our usual photos, fun as always :) and then went to k-mart to try on crazy hippie clothing.
We took a couple of photos, which ill upload later!

But this is the exciting part! In K-mart i found products from BYS which i have been trying to find, well not really but i definately wanted to try some. And i found a CREME SHADOW!
So that is one item of my want list, ill give it a try really soon and see how it goes
Before we left, we randomly saw this shelf full of discounted stuff and usually i never look in these piles, because they look like dirty and like trashy. But we actually looked, and i found:

Prestige Green Corrector Concealer
There was also a violet corrector, and a neutral colour, and at first i was not familiar with the violet but with further research it apprently covers yellow toned blemishes, so if i have time i will sooooo go back and try it out if the quality of this concealer is good.

Prestige Loose Finishing Powder
There was a funny saleswomen, who i dont think knew what she was talking about, but she over heard our conversation about why these products were so cheap and what they actually did. She said they over shipped some products and that this powder was shimmer. But yes its a finishing powder which i also really wanted!

Maybelline Mineral Powder Blush
I absolutely love this range, i have the foundations and really wanted the concealer and finishing powder but didn't consider the blush. It looks really pretty and the $3 is just to cheap to resist.

$3.00!!

and guess what....

Wish List

This is my wish list of my life, well not really kind of made it today but that's cool.
(It's actually just my wishlist for today, there are soooo many other endless lists ahah)

I just watched literally probably 30 make up related youtubes and this 30 is 30 out of the 6000 i have probably watched recently.

But basically everyday my knowledge of make up is growing and i have always loved this stuff but now its basically an obsession. I even upgraded my internet usage from 7gb to 20gb to suite this addiction.

So just from today these are the products i want so badly, so if your a millionaire and your feeling generous ;)

And a lot of the products are so much easier to access from America and not Australia and the shipping fee is just deathly :(

Revlon Creme Quads
to use as a sticky base for eye shadows,
This quad especially because the colours are so neutral and perfect for any colour base.

Urban Decay Primer Potion
Literally everyone who uses make up, or eye shadow uses this amazing product!
Once again they don't stock this in australia and its costs like 40 bucks to ship and everything
There is an equivilent to this called too faced shadow insurance and you can get this from kit in Myer and stuff.

Coastal Scents 88 Matte Palette
This basically has every colour, that you could every wish for, not really but still.
Its a great start to a new collection, and you can always mix and experiment with this
But matte is my new dream, i have an Australis and David Jones Palette
but they are both Shimmer :( :(
Shimmer is just too much for me, considering it is all i have.
Once again not avaible in Australia, only on ebay

Nars Laguna Bronzer & Nars Orgasm Blush
These are all the rave! ( I don't know if that makes sense)
But basically everyone has both these colours and they suit nearly everyone and look beautiful
They do have these in Australia at Mecca Cosmetics but for $72 each!!!!

Maybelline Mineral Concealer and Finishing powder
I already the mineral liquid and powder foundation and apparently these are a must have
These are cheap so i probably will end up buying these from the drugstore (hah) or priceline.

A matte bronzer
I think im just hating on shimmer, but nah matte bronzers are great for contouring checkbones.

A highlighting creme or powder
Must have! This look is so natural and beautiful, a little highlight can go so far.

Hey all,
well no one atm but basically this is for my own amusement
